Please read these terms carefully before using Prakriti Healthcare's services. By booking an appointment or accessing our centre, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services offered by Prakriti Healthcare Center ("Prakriti Healthcare", "we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to in-person consultations, Panchakarma treatments, integrative medicine programmes, online resources, and this website.
By visiting our centre, booking a consultation, using our website, or purchasing any programme, you ("Patient", "User", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Nature of Services
Prakriti Healthcare provides integrative and complementary healthcare services that combine Ayurveda, functional medicine, and modern diagnostics. Our services include:
- Prakriti and Vikriti (Ayurvedic constitution) assessment and consultation
- Panchakarma and other traditional Ayurvedic therapies
- Functional medicine consultations and lab interpretations
- BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) protocols
- Personalised wellness and chronic disease management programmes
- Nutritional counselling and lifestyle coaching
Important: Our services are integrative and complementary in nature. They are designed to work alongside, not replace, conventional medical care. All clinical protocols are designed by licensed and experienced medical professionals.

Medical Disclaimer
Prakriti Healthcare urges all patients to note the following:
- Information on our website is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice
- Consultation with our practitioners does not replace your relationship with your primary or specialist physician
- All medical decisions, including changes to existing medications, must be made in consultation with a qualified doctor
- Results of treatments vary depending on individual constitution, compliance, and health status
- Prakriti Healthcare does not guarantee specific outcomes or cures for any condition
Emergency Notice: Prakriti Healthcare is not an emergency medical facility. In case of a medical emergency, please call 112 or visit your nearest hospital immediately.

Appointments & Scheduling
The following terms govern all appointments at Prakriti Healthcare:
- Booking: Appointments may be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from our team.
- Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time or rescheduling at our discretion.
- Cancellation by Patient: Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation deadlines and applicable charges.
- Cancellation by Prakriti Healthcare: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, practitioner unavailability, or force majeure. Affected patients will be offered alternative appointments or appropriate refunds.
- No-Shows: Patients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice may forfeit their consultation fee. Programme instalments remain payable.

Patient Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of your treatment, all patients agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical history, current medications, and relevant health information
- Inform our practitioners of any known allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions
- Disclose any changes in health status, new diagnoses, or new medications during the course of treatment
- Follow prescribed treatment protocols, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle guidelines in good faith
- Attend all scheduled sessions and communicate promptly if unable to do so
- Treat all staff, practitioners, and fellow patients with respect and dignity
- Not engage in any behaviour that disrupts the wellness environment of the centre
Failure to provide accurate information may affect the safety and efficacy of your treatment. Prakriti Healthcare shall not be liable for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.

Payments & Fees
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Payment is required at the time of booking or before commencement of treatment, as applicable
- We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (for in-centre payments)
- Programme fees are quoted as complete packages; individual session pricing within a package may differ from standalone rates
- Fee structures are subject to change. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking
- GST or other applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of India directives

Intellectual Property
All content on the Prakriti Healthcare website and materials — including but not limited to text, images, programme frameworks, treatment protocols, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Prakriti Healthcare Center and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial reference use for your own healthcare journey is permitted.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Prakriti Healthcare shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website
- Any adverse reaction to treatments that arises despite the patient having provided accurate medical history and followed prescribed protocols
- Outcomes dependent on patient compliance with lifestyle, dietary, or medication recommendations
- Third-party services, laboratory partners, or external specialists to whom you may be referred
Our total liability to any patient for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that patient for the specific service in question.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
We encourage patients to first raise any concerns with our management team, as we are committed to resolving issues amicably and promptly before any formal proceedings are initiated.

Changes to Terms
Prakriti Healthcare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered patients via email or WhatsApp. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
